Ascend QM (Formally Eve Consulting) was founded in 2018 by Deborah Chick after identifying the need for independent ISO and IRATA consultancy services in the height safety industry.
Specializing in IRATA International requirements, ISO compliance, long term business development of rope access documentation, internal audits and gap analysis, Deborah brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to the forefront of business development.

CEO & Founder
With over 15 years of experience in business management, including management of IRATA Trainer and Operator member companies, Deborah has extensive experience in the ongoing compliance and business development needs of companies. Deborah has served time on the IRATA International Health & Safety Committee, is the current Secretary and Strategtic Programs Manager for the Working at Height Association of Australia and is a qualified ISO Lead Auditor.
During her extensive career in rope access, Deborah has worked as an IRATA technician, as an IRATA Rope Access Management Representative, and has supported several companies in attaining and maintaining ISO 9001, 45001 and 14001 standards, as well as IRATA International membership.
Deborah excels in system gap analysis and auditing, business development, system process design and documentation design.
